Aikido is a non-aggressive Japanese martial art that develops kid’s self confidence, self discipline and sportsmanship in a safe, fun filled and energetic environment. Aikido’s philosophy is one based on conflict resolution and mind-body development which helps kids focus and develop respect for each other.
During Aikido Children Learn to ---
